Every year in October thousands of artists all over the world participate in the Inktober challenge, to create one ink drawing a day for the whole month. Created as a challenge to improve inking skills and to develop positive drawing habits, Inktober came to birth in 2009 and has since grown into a worldwide endeavour.

 

In 2017 Assemblage held an exhibition of all the drawings produced by artists in its network who completed the Inktober challenge.
