The matador, Ivan Fandino, is looking on in anticipation. He was the first matador that I ever painted. This is a sport with many casualities. Ivan died on 17 June 2017, gored by a Beltasar Iban bull. His last words were: "Hurry up, I'm dying!" More detail.
